Back in college, I was part of the Burt Reynolds Super 8 Club.

After college, some more talented friends of mine from college helped me get a job working with them at 70/30, an animation studio that made Frisky Dingo on Adult Swim.

Now, 70/30, under a different configuration and different name, makes Archer for FX, and so several of my friends from college work on Archer.

Tonight, Burt Reynolds is on Archer. 

What am I trying to tell you? 

If you want to be one degree of separation from Burt Reynolds, you need to go to college. 

P.S. I look like a young Burt Reynolds. That’s why I have a beard.
